Berry Salad
The perfect spring and summer salad recipe – made with Fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, tossed with baby spinach, red onions and pecans, then drizzled with a sweet and tangy raspberry vinaigrette.
Garden Salad
Our Garden salad consist of lettuce with assorted raw vegetables and dressing. Lettuces: Iceberg, baby greens, spinach, arugula, Romaine. Vegetables: Tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, celery, tender beets, green beans, peas, onions, edamame and any choice or yours.
Ghanaian Salad
A typical Ghanaian Salad, creamy and has a few basic ingredients that can’t be missed out like, Carrots, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Pasta, Potatoes, Baker Beans, boiled Eggs, Mayonnaise and Salad cream. The inclusion of Vegetables allows one to be creative and add anything of their choosing from garden Peas, Sweetcorn, Celery, Peppers etc.
Cole Slaw
Combine shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine and taste for seasoning; add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.

Traditional flavor, use of sustainably sourced combined palm oil, fish, Okro and tomato yields with unique flavor that can be distinctly linked to Ghana. Red palm oil, rich in carotenoids, also adds vibrant color to the dish.
